1. Returns Policy
We accept returns for most items purchased on wavehato.net under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Return: The item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. If the item has been used or damaged, it may not be eligible for a return.
- Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Downloaded software or products with opened seals
- Custom or personalized orders
2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item Back: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely received.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund according to the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be processed to your card. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returned items, especially for opened or lightly used products. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Canceling Your Order
